Co-founder
Louis-Philippe Theroux is a Montreal-based entrepreneur and founder of LTC Groupe, a holding company that owns and oversees multiple businesses, including EXP Logistics, Groupe SFT, and several others. Active across transportation, logistics, investment, hospitality, and construction sectors, he is known for his strategic vision and results-driven approach. His goal is to build strong, innovative, and sustainable businesses.

Serena has a background in health sciences and holds a Master's in Biomedical Engineering. She works in the medical technology space as a consultant to start-up companies, supporting early-stage growth and helping bring innovative ideas to life. Her experience has built a strong analytical mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments, while she continues to expand into business, with a focus on operations, growth, and entrepreneurship.
